Sautéed Scallops with Sauce 7 (Video)
Here's a video-recipe for a quick and simple method for a dish that's moved scallops from our "meh" list to our "must" list. For scallops to come out right, they should be marinated briefly, and then cooked hot and fast. Corine's Cuisine Sauce 7 turns out to be perfect in both ways. With ginger, scallions and fresh lime juice in an oil-base, it works well both as the marinade and as the cooking oil. Check out the video and you'll see!
