The ingredients read as follows. You must have 5 large eggs, ½ tablespoon of palm oil, ¼ cup of chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro, ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed, 4 large romaine lettuce leaves, 1/4 cup avocado, chopped, ¼ cup red and green peppers, chopped, 2 teaspoons of hot sauce (we recommend our sauce No. 10, but feel free to try others such as our sauce No. 23), a dash of cumin (optional based on taste), and a dash salt and pepper.

To create this all-natural meal, start by melting the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Then add the chopped onions and peppers into the skillet. Stir the onions and peppers for a few minutes. Stop once they are softened up. Next, scramble the eggs into a bowl. Scramble them with a dash of salt, pepper, and if you’d like, cumin. Then place the eggs into the skillet and scramble them with the peppers and onions. When the eggs are almost fully cooked, it will be time to add the beans. Stir the eggs with the beans until the eggs are fully cooked. Once that is done, remove the skillet from the heat. Now get the lettuce leaves and place them up so that they make a bowl-shape. Add your mixture from the skillet into the bowl of lettuce. Top the mixture with avocado, cilantro, and your hot sauce. Now just get your favorite drink and you are ready to eat!
