Gluten Free Recipe for Spicy and Sour soup

The needed ingredients go as follows. You will need 3-4 sliced scallions, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, 1 scrambled egg, 1 T of hot sauce (we recommend our Sauce No. 10), 3 T of coconut aminos, 4 cups of organic low-sodium vegetable broth, 2 (thumb-sized) pieces of peeled ginger, 2 t of sesame oil, and 2 cups of sliced mushrooms. Now it’s time to start the magic.
First, take the sliced mushrooms, scallions, and ginger and pour them into a pot. After that, pour the vegetable broth into the pot as well. Then put the chopped cilantro, Sauce No. 10, coconut aminos, and sesame oil into the pot. Once that is done, bring the pot to a boil and then turn it down and simmer for 15 minutes (or until the mushrooms are cooked through). By now the ginger has done its job so you can throw them out. Now place the (raw) scrambled egg into the soup. It should be so hot that the egg will cook on its own. Grab a drink of your choice and boom! The spicy, sour, and gluten free soup is ready for your taste buds.
