Let’s open up this Pandora ’s Box of awesome!

First things first. You will require the following items:

2 large and firm tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

1/2 cups of mayonnaise

1 clove of finely chopped garlic

1 cup of fresh breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoons of hot pepper sauce (we recommend our hot pepper sauce No. 10 or sauce No. 23)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

(Optional) thinly sliced basil leaf

(Optional) a bowl of grated parmesan cheese.

Now that you have all of that together, let’s get crack-a-lackin! First, get a medium bowl ready. Blend the mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, and garlic in the bowl. That’s good for now, so place it to the side for later. Now grab a shallow dish. Combine the breadcrumbs with salt in the dish. Brush the tomatoes with the mayonnaise mixture and then dip them into the bread crumb combination. Now it is time to grill the tomatoes. This should take about 8 minutes. Generally, they will be ready once they appear golden brown. If you’d like a nice topping, add the thinly sliced basil and grated parmesan cheese. Now that is all complete, you are ready to serve yourself, friends, or family!
