SPICY MANGO/PINEAPPLE SHRIMP

20-30 large shrimp (shelled and deveined), 2 cloves garlic, vegetable oil, fresh coriander, 1 lemon,
Corine’s Cuisine Sauce No. 31
1. Marinate the shrimp for 15 minutes to an hour in 4 tbsp of Corine’s Cuisine Sauce No. 31.
2. Chop the garlic and sauté it for 30 seconds in 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and let them cook until browned lightly on one side, turn them and brown on the second side. Check for doneness (pink and opaque throughout). Depending on the flame, the shrimp will take around 2 mins per side.
4. Serve with rice or pasta. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and lemon wedges.
