An Asian classic perfect for lunch or dinner. Grilled steak, lettuce (arugula, romaine, anything really), Bermuda onion, red yellow and green pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh mint and coriander, Corine’s Cuisine Sauce No. 4

1. Grill, broil or sauté your favorite cut of beef to medium (sirloin is best for this dish).

2. Let the steak rest while preparing the salad.

3. Chop the lettuce; slice the onion, peppers and cucumber thin and cut the tomatoes into chunks; toss them all on a large, flat dish.

4. Slice the steak thin and arrange the slices over the salad, garnish with coriander and mint.

5. Drizzle with Corine’s Cuisine Sauce No. 4. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
